Return Policy

All merchandise, excluding spa filters, may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition, for exchange or credit note. Please email customer service (info@handytank.com) for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Dealer Returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge and return freight charges. All returns must be in their original packaging. Filters may ONLY be returned to us if they were damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact us via email. Customer/Dealer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the product is packed carefully. Handytank reserves the right to refuse any return.

Statement of Limited Warranty

At the time of shipment, all goods are inspected and warranted to be of first class quality. Any defective items or materials will be replaced without charge upon prepaid return to point of shipment if such items or materials prove upon inspection to be defective. For damage or loss occurring during transit, you must file damage claim with the carrier.
